Annie holds her Pyromania passive at 4 stacks, then Disintegrates Sylas the instant he lands Abduct. The point-and-click stun freezes him at the exact frame he is committed, his E recast goes on cooldown without resolving,

Sylas needs to walk up for Chain Lash (Q) plus Abduct (E2) chain stun. He eats Pillar of Flame (W) plus Sear (Q) plus Conflagration (E) full poke before Hijack (R) is online, and the Q stun catches him mid Abscond (E1) dash.
- Dariustop
Sylas walks into Decimate (Q) outer-blade range to land Chain Lash (Q) and Petricite Burst (P) chains, eating Hemorrhage (P) stacks each pass. Apprehend (E) cancels the Abscond / Abduct (E) return dash, and Noxian Guillotine (R) outscales Kingslayer (W) heal.
- Lissandramid
Lissandra waits for Sylas's E1 dash, then Ring of Frost W stuns him in melee range the instant he arrives. The stun freezes his combo before he can recast E2, Ice Shard Q chips him while he stands locked, and Frozen Tomb R seals the kill if he is below half HP after his W heal.

Sylas Kingslayer (W) second-cast dash and Abscond / Abduct (E) chain pull both require crossing Veigar Event Horizon (E) perimeter to engage. Drop the cage around the wave and the dash entry triggers the stun before Petricite Burst passive empowers his next auto-attack on Veigar.

Hijack copies Curse of the Sad Mummy and turns it into a point-blank AOE stun on every enemy around Sylas. He E1-E2-roots into the middle of a group, R steals and recasts the wrap, and the whole enemy team is locked while his Q detonation lands.
- Fizzmid
Petricite Burst (P) chain cleaves through Playful/Trickster (E) hop landing zone. Kingslayer (W) heal sustains through Seastone Trident (W) plus Lich Bane spellblade burst, and Hijack (R) steals Chum the Waters (R) to reverse the trade.
- Karthusjungle
Hijack copies Requiem and gives Sylas a global finisher that ignores positioning entirely. Whenever a low-HP enemy backs to base after his skirmish, Sylas steals R and snipes them from across the map, converting near-misses into kills with no map travel.
- Luxmid
Hijack copies Final Spark and gives Sylas a long-range linear execute his base kit completely lacks. After his combo blows up the front line, he steals Lux's R and uses it to finish low-HP backline carries from across the screen, cleaning up the fight he started.

Hijack copies Unstoppable Force and gives Sylas the long-range knock-up teamfight starter his base kit lacks. He waits for the enemy to clump on an objective, steals the ult before committing E1, and the stolen Unstoppable Force initiates the fight on his timing.

Hijack copies Call of the Forge God and gives Sylas a two-cast long-range knock-up the moment he reaches level 6. He fires the first cast from fog of war, then knocks-up the same line again on recast, controlling the entire teamfight from outside his usual short range.
