Decisive Strike (Q) is a short empowered melee auto, and Judgment (E) has no gap-closer: Garen walks through units while spinning, never faster than you. Valor (E) sidesteps the silence, then Broken Wings (Q) cancel-steps kite him out before the spin lands real damage.
