Bel'Veth Counters
Champions that beat Bel'Veth
- Briarjungle
Blood Frenzy (W) self-taunt locks onto Bel'Veth in melee where Snack Attack (W) plus Crimson Curse passive sustain out-duels her on-hit. Chilling Scream (E) cancels Royal Maelstrom (E) auto-pilot mid-channel.
- Fiddlesticksjungle
Terrify (Q) fear breaks the Void Surge (Q) dash chain mid-cast. Crowstorm (R) ambush during Bel'Veth's Void Coral form is a free engage and Bountiful Harvest (W) drain heals through her on-hit during the fear window.
- Lee Sinjungle
Bel'Veth's first clear is okay but not bullying. Lee Sin invades at level 3 with Sonic Wave (Q) plus Resonating Strike while her Void Surge (Q) is still rank 1. From level 6 he adds Dragon's Rage (R) on top, and snowballs from there.
- Rammusjungle
Defensive Ball Curl (W) is the only damage return: while it is up, every basic attack on Rammus takes magic damage back, and Frenzying Taunt (E) forces Bel'Veth to keep swinging into it. It lasts 7 seconds. If you cannot afford that pause, disengage back onto a camp.
- Sejuanijungle
Permafrost (E) is the real problem: four Frost stacks from Sejuani's attacks and her melee allies land a 1-second stun that freezes Bel'Veth's on-hit pattern. Glacial Prison (R) is a linear skillshot, so the four directions of Void Surge (Q) can actually dodge it.
Champions Bel'Veth beats
- Amumujungle
Bandage Toss (Q) is an 1100-range dash and he banks two charges he can chain 3s apart, so bait both out before you commit. Once they are gone his engage is over, and Void Surge (Q) keeps you outside the 550 radius of Curse of the Sad Mummy (R).
- Dianajungle
Crescent Strike (Q) only marks with Moonlight: the chase is Lunar Rush (E), whose cooldown drops to 0.25s when that mark is consumed. Void Surge (Q) dashes weave out of that reset chain and the Moonfall (R) pull, and Endless Banquet (R) true form out-DPSs her after the burst.
- Karthusjungle
Karthus has no mobility outside Flash, so the four directions of Void Surge (Q) shut down every kite attempt. Accept that Death Defied hands him 7 untargetable seconds of Defile (E) after he dies: step off the corpse instead of standing in it.
- Kindredjungle
Dance of Arrows (Q) only chains while she stands in her Wolf's Frenzy (W) zone; outside it she has one 9s dash against your four directions. Nobody dies inside Lamb's Respite (R): dash out, wait the 4s, then re-engage — your Endless Banquet (R) stacks survive the disengage.
- Master Yijungle
Master Yi has no early CC and Alpha Strike (Q) untargetability is short, so Bel'Veth wins the jungle skirmishes before he reaches level 6. That window is Yi-specific: cash it into objectives before Highlander (R) and Wuju Style (E) come online.
- Qiyanajungle
Bel'Veth's Royal Maelstrom is a channeled AoE that shreds Qiyana during the dueling exchange Audacity commits to. The Above and Below knock-up interrupts her before the rock-empowered Edge of Ixtal can pin anyone against a wall.
- Taliyahjungle
Bel'Veth's Royal Maelstrom E channel out-trades Threaded Volley spread inside its own damage-reduction and lifesteal window. Above and Below W knocks Taliyah up and cancels Seismic Shove W aim, Void Surge Q's four directional dashes break her stun timing.
- Talonjungle
Bel'Veth's Royal Maelstrom E channel gives her damage reduction and lifesteal that outlast Talon's bleed. Above and Below W knocks him up and refreshes Void Surge Q in that direction, so her four directional dashes stay up through the whole trade.
- Volibearjungle
Bel'Veth out-paces Volibear in a jungle skirmish — Endless Banquet stacking and Royal Maelstrom damage reduction blunt the Q stun plus double-W trade pattern before Frenzied Maul (W) can heal it back
