Orianna has no dash and Command: Shockwave (R) needs her ball planted in melee range. Shuriken Flip (E1+E2) closes the gap onto her face, Twilight Shroud (W) eats the Command: Attack (Q) follow-up, and R1 plus R2 execute her before Command: Protect shield arrives.

Crowstorm (R) blinks past Orianna's zone control before she can land Command Shockwave (R). If Fiddlesticks appears from fog, she has no exit tool, and Reap (E) silence interrupts Command Attack (Q) ball setup mid-cast.

H-28 G Evolution Turret (Q) nest baits Command Attack (Q) casts, while Hextech Micro-Rockets (W) chips her. Her ball-handler stance forces her into the rocket spread before Command Shockwave (R) lands; Command Dissonance (W) zone is wasted on stationary turrets.

Orianna has no fast escape against Naafiri's Hounds' Pursuit (R) target dash. Command: Shockwave (R) ball-position windup is too slow once Naafiri lands and Darkin Daggers (Q) plus auto-attacks finish her before Command: Protect (E) shield rotates;

Tangle-Barbs (E) sets up Pop Blossom (R) 1.25s stun before Orianna can Command: Shockwave (R); she lacks a dash to escape Neeko level-6 all-in once E lands from minion range. Command: Protect (E) shield breaks under Blooming Burst (Q) double-bloom AOE.

Samira's Blade Whirl blocks every Command: Attack projectile during the channel and reflects Command: Dissonance slow zone back, neutralizing Orianna's poke. Wild Rush dashes through Command: Attack range, and Inferno Trigger executes Orianna at low HP during R windup.

Yasuo's Wind Wall blocks every Command: Attack projectile and the Ball travel itself when she sends it as a missile, neutralizing both her poke and her Command: Shockwave setup.

Yone's Spirit Cleave knocks back enemies and Soul Unbound dashes him through Orianna's Command: Attack range with a return blink. Mortal Steel tornado knocks Orianna out of her R windup, and Fate Sealed knock-up cancels her Command: Shockwave channel from across the lane.

Zed's Living Shadow W swap closes the gap dodging Command Attack Q poke. Once in melee Orianna has no escape from Shadow Slash E slow into Razor Shuriken Q, and Death Mark R deletes her before she can cast the long Command Shockwave R animation.
